Stop Buying Pills And Potions That Temporarily Ease Your Painful Gout!

I Found The Most Effective Way To Eliminate Painful Gout!

(YES! There is a CURE for Gout!)

This ISN’T Being Promoted By The Big Drug Companies Or Your Doctor
(That’s why it took me so long to find it!)

This Will Take That Tortured Look Off Your Face And Replace It With A Smile!

If you suffer from gout you KNOW what real pain is! And you know how that type of pain can consume your life.

While doing some research into the drug industry (and herbal supplement business) I was shocked by a simple fact. Their business model and their profits are based on keeping you using their products. If they came out with a product that CURED the problem, they would only get paid once. If they develop a product that treats the symptom, but is needed over and over again, they get rich. So, STOP buying products that just relieve the pain!

The most shocking part of my research what that there are some very under-publicized fast, natural ways to CURE your gout. Usually within just a few hours!

Why buy expensive pills and medications to relieve the pain caused by gout when you can ELIMINATE gout altogether! .

The site I stumbled upon isn’t very pretty or professional, but the program is! Here’s the link to the best (and cheapest) way to deal with gout pain (click here)

Thanks for reading, I wish you great health and permanent relief from your gout

Rob

PS. The ONLY reason I decided to try their program was because they had a complete 100% money back guarantee. (And if it hadn’t worked, I would have hounded them for a refund)
Lucky for me, I took that chance. (click here)

Bleeding Internal Hemorrhoids

Bleeding Internal Hemorrhoids

They are highly innervated and sensitive and are also at risk for thrombosis. They develop around the external opening of the anus. Internal hemorrhoids occur above the pectinate or dentate line in the anal canal. They are covered by a mucous membrane.

The internal hemorrhoid is graded to assist with the selection of a treatment plan. The treatment is then provided according to the grade. The grade of the hemorrhoid depends on the extent of descent into the anal canal and out of the anus. The most common sign of internal hemorrhoids is rectal bleeding.

Hemorrhoids can ooze fresh red blood, whether located externally or internally. But bleeding internal hemorrhoids may produce fresh blood in the stool. Reasons for bleeding internal hemorrhoidsHemorrhoids can develop from any common sources of pressure include likea) Constipation and extra straining of the bowel.b) Diarrhea, where the expulsion of loose stools is continuous.c) Sitting or standing for prolonged hoursd) Obesity e) Lifting very heavy weights or objectsf) Pregnancy and childbirthHow to deal with bleeding internal hemorrhoidsa) Consult a doctor immediately. If you have been suffering from bleeding internal hemorrhoids then inform him if your bleeding is not stopping.

If you are not aware of why you are bleeding then go for a check up as more than often anal fissure is mistaken for bleeding internal hemorrhoids.b) Wipe yourself with clean wet toilet paper. Wetting the paper makes it softer.c) Ask for emergency care if you notice large amounts of rectal bleeding along with dizziness or faintness.Treatments for bleeding internal hemorrhoidsIf the bleeding is not stopping with prescribed medicines the doctor may recommenda) Rubber band ligation- Here one or two tiny rubber bands around the base of an internal hemorrhoid to cut off its circulation and the hemorrhoid falls off.b)

Sclerotherapy- In this process a chemical solution is injected around the blood vessel to shrink the hemorrhoid. c) Laser treatment- A burst of infrared light can cut off circulation to small, bleeding, internal hemorrhoids. d) Hemorrhoidectomy- This is the last resource if other procedures fail. Here the surgery is done with either local anesthetic combined with sedation, and requires an overnight hospital stay.

Hcg Drops During Pregnancy

HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone that plays an important role during pregnancy. HCG can also be used as part of a diet plan in order to lose weight. Taking HCG can promote rapid weight loss and suppress the appetite. The HCG diet usually involves a low calorie diet as well as daily doses of HCG. The HCG diet originally depended upon regular injections of HCG, but homeopathic HCG drops are now available that can be used while dieting in order to promote weight loss.

Both pregnancy and menstruation can affect the use of HCG drops. It is usually advisable to begin the HCG drops after the end of your menstrual period, although it is possible to continue with the HCG drops should menstruation occur halfway through the diet protocol. HCG drops can be taken while menstruating, although they may cause the period to become heavier than usual. The drops should not be taken any more if they cause discomfort during menstruation, until the period has ended.

Sometimes it may be necessary to discontinue HCG drops temporarily. This is most common in women who tend to have heavy menstrual periods. They should stop taking the HCG drops during their period, but they can they restart the protocol afterwards.

HGC levels are often used by home pregnancy tests to determine whether a woman in pregnant. Using HCG drops may therefore cause a false positive when a pregnancy test is taken. If you have a positive pregnancy test then you can confirm the result by visiting your doctor and taking a blood test. You should discontinue the HCG drops if you are pregnant.

HCG may be taken during pregnancy. However, it is important to seek the advice of a doctor before taking this supplement while pregnant. HCG drops are not taken during pregnancy to promote weight loss, but in order to raise the levels of HCG hormone in the body, if they are too low.

Uric Acid Treatment

High uric acid in blood can cause excruciating gout, and even kidney stones. Here, you’ll learn the causes of high uric acid in blood, the long term effect of these high levels, and, both drug-based and natural treatments for gout-causing high acid levels. The cause of high uric acid is a combination of things. First, uric acid appears naturally in our bloodstream, where the excess is processed out of your system by your kidneys via your urine leaving you with natural levels in your blood that normally cause no problems.

The root cause is your kidney’s inability to process and flush excess uric acid out of your system. But where does this acid come from in the first place? It occurs naturally in your body as a byproduct of one of your body’s normal processes that provides the protein and energy that you need to survive. Uric acid is the result of a chemical process in your body where chemical compounds called “purines” breakdown as they help to produce your protein and energy needs. When they breakdown they produce uric acid. Your kidneys then process and expel excess acid through the urine, leaving sufficient levels in your blood to act as beneficial antioxidants.

Sometime though there is too much acid being produced for the kidneys to process and expel. Or, the kidneys are not working at 100% efficiency and so not enough of the ‘normal’ levels of acid are being processed. Under either of these conditions insufficient acid is being processed and excreted. The outcome is high levels of uric acid in the blood. The truth is most people are never satisfied. But research shows that if you begin to prioritize your health with your nutrition, exercise program and supplement therapy (vitamins, minerals, herbs), you may be gout-free in days (and healthier). And the reason why this works is because natural gout remedies work by flushing uric acid from your body naturally.

High levels in urine and high levels in the bloodstream indicate that you have higher than normal levels in your body, but your kidneys are functioning o.k. It is just that your body is producing much higher levels of uric acid than normal and your kidneys — although they are working fine — just can’t cope with the increase. There is a whole range of natural treatments that are now widely being used, such as kidney cleanses, the widespread use of herbs, detoxing, selected fruits and vegetables, natural supplements, etc. In combination with some dietary and lifestyle changes (very important!), these are proving to be very effective.

Barefoot Running Hazards: Top 5 And How To Avoid Them

When I started barefoot running, I got it all: blood blisters, broken glass in my foot, swollen forefoot…there are a lot of hazards to beginning barefoot running, and I stumbled onto practially all of them. It’s not as though you are learning scrap-booking; you are bound to encounter some hazards.

However, barefoot running need not be all that dangerous, and I could have avoided many of my injuries if I had known then what I know now. Here are the 5 mos common hazards you are likely to be in for as hou begin barefoot running, and how to avoid most of them.

Barefoot Running Hazard #1: Internal foot injuries

Most internal foot injuries, in my experience, come from doing too much barefoot running at once, especially at first.

Take it very slow to start: begin with only 5 minutes of barefoot running a day on the first week, even if you are a seasoned runner to start with. Then, increase to 10 minutes of barefoot running a day the next week, and so on. If you begin to feel a lot of pain, then back off and either reduce your time barefoot running, or stop altogether for a while to let your feet heal.

You may not be able to avoid all injury or pain as you are getting started; when I began barefoot running, the cartilage in my forefoot broke apart inside my foot. This may happen to you, too. But you can minimize the damage and pain you experience during this process by following the advice above.

The other thing you can do to avoid or minimize injury is to put your feet in a bath of ice water immediately after barefoot running, every time.

Barefoot Running Hazard #2: Broken glass

The best way to avoid broken glass is to watch out for it – don’t let yourself drift into a complacent haze as you are barefoot running.

One secret trick I have is to get non-polarized sunglasses for barefoot running; you actually want to be able to see more glare as you are barefoot running – the glare that glints off broken glass.

Barefoot Running Hazard #3: Swollen feet

If your foot is hurting and you keep barefoot running on it, your foot may swell. My advice is to avoid running on a swollen foot. It needs to heal.

If you don’t overdo it as you are beginning barefoot running, and you take care of any pain right away by giving your feet a break, and then give them an ice bath several times a day, you should be able to avoid most instances of swollen feet.

Barefoot Running Hazard #4: Blisters on your soles

This is a barefoot running hazard you will probably not be able to avoid entirely, however you can probably avoid most blisters by following these steps:

– Don’t overdo it as you are beginning barefoot running, before your feet have built up any calluses. See above, “how to avoid internal foot injuries.”
– Even after you have built up calluses, if you increase your distance or speed suddenly rather than gradually you will get blisters. Increase barefoot running gradually.
– Pay attention to your barefoot running form, especially if you get a blister in a recurring place. Straightening up your posture, landing lightly on your feet with no pressure concentrated in any one place, and avoiding “pushing off” with your feet will help reduce blistering.

Barefoot Running Hazard #5: “Dishpan Feet”

Dishpan feet happens to runners who go out barefoot running in the rain or on wet roads. Your feet soak up the water and your skin becomes waterlogged and wrinkly, just like when you stayed in the pool too long as a kid. Barefoot running on skin that is wet, loose and weak is a good way to tear it right off your feet. You don’t want to go out barefoot running when it’s wet out, if possible. If you must run, you can wear five finger footwear, or just go out for short run and stop as soon as you notice your skin becoming “waterlogged.”

That’s it – the top 5 barefoot running hazards and how to avoid them (or most of them). If you’re smarter than me, you will.

Important! Before you start barefoot running: You also need to know about knee injuries and barefoot running as well as how to alter your stride to the correct running form (it’s different than shoe stride).

A Herbal Remedy for Gout – 7 Herbal Tips for Gout

In A Herbal Remedy For Gout you’llfind 7 herbal tips for gout that have proven themselves with gout sufferersaround the world. And aherbal remedy for goutdoesn’t have the horrible side effects of drug-based treatments.First, though, in order to understand why a herbal remedy can be effective we need to understand what causes gout…

Your gout is caused by the formation of uric acid crystals in your joints and tendons. Uric acid is formed in your bloodstream out of the breakdown of chemical compounds called ‘purines’ which occur naturally in your body and in a lot of your food. So the aim is to reduce excess uric acid in your bloodstream.

Here are seven herbs that can form an effective herbal remedy for gout..

Alfalfa helps to neutralize and reduce the levels ofuric acid in your bloodstream. It comes in seed, tablet, capsule or liquid extract form.

Burdoch also neutralizes uric acid.

Bachu can dissolve uric acid crystals. Take it as a tea.

Devil’s Claw reduces uric acid levels. Take 400 mg of dried extract 3 times a day until symptoms have gone.

Hawthorn has anti-inflammatory properties and also treat the symptoms of gout.

Juniper is an uric acid neutralizer.

Nettle can also neutralize uric acid.

It’s beyond the scope of any article to give a complete breakdown of all herbal and other natural remedies. There are just so many treatments and other issues that affect your gout and it’s cure. For instance, did you realize that things like your weight, general health, lifestyle, as well as your diet, etc., play a significant part in your gout, and, a cure?

And did you know that constant recurring gout attacks can lead to permanently damaged joints, and even kidney problems? That’s why it’s important to always apply appropriate treatment for your gout as soon as you have an attack. But the key of course is to ensure as far as possible that it won’t return. As with all health issues, prevention is better than cure.

To save your time, you can discover exactly how to treat gout from home, using simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen, by downloading a very popular online report called The Gout Remedy Report. Often referred to as the “gout sufferer’s bible”, this fully researched and proven e-report will lead you by the hand to a fast, totally natural cure. Plus, it has a special 2 hour gout pain relief program so that you can get rid of that agonizing pain instantly.

What Foods To Avoid To Relieve Acid Reflux Disease

Acid reflux disease or GERD can cause a great deal of discomfort for anyone diagnosed with it. Some people will only suffer occasional episodes of it, while for others it turns into a chronic state.

Acid reflux disease starts when the muscle at the bottom of the esophagus becomes weak, and does not properly work. Generally, it functions as a one-way valve- allowing food to pass through into the stomach, then closing to prevent stomach acid from splashing back up. When this valve malfunctions, stomach acid can back up into the esophagus, irritating the lining, and causing a persistent burning sensation. Left untreated, the damage can develop into complications such as hoarseness, coughing, asthma-like symptoms, and even pre- cancerous conditions due to cell damage.

The first step in solving the puzzle of what foods to avoid is to keep a food diary. Track which foods trigger symptoms in your own digestive system. Often, identifying your personal food triggers and avoiding them is all that is needed to relieve the problem.

Common food triggers include acidic fruits and juices, such as orange and grapefruit, strong spices, tomato sauces, dairy products, coffee, alcohol and tobacco. This list may appear to include all of your favorite foods, but not all foods are triggers for all people. You might find that eliminating only one or two foods from this list will bring you relief.

For some people, changing from eating three full meals a day to having six smaller meals is successful for controlling the symptoms. Others find that not eating for three hours before bed solves the problem.

Most physicians will recommend these types of dietary and lifestyle changes before prescribing medications. There are many different types of acid reflux medications available, and you may have to try several of them before you discover one that works well for you.

You might be one of the lucky ones that easily discover what food to avoid to make the symptoms disappear. If not, it is important to see your health care provider and work out a plan to get your acid reflux under control before severe damage is done.

Handy Dandy Arthritis Treatments For Dogs

So your dog has arthritis?

Well, even though it is hard to hear, you must realize that you are not alone. Arthritis in dogs is one of the most common sources of chronic pain the veterinarians treat in their clinics today. Research seems to indicate that one in every five adult dogs is hammered with arthritis and the pain that goes along with it.

If your pet is suffering from arthritis you may see some signs that your pup is favoring one leg more than the other, she may sleep more, or seem to have more trouble standing for sitting. If your dog has arthritis you might also notice that she is more hesitant to climb stairs, run or jump. It may even seem that her joints seem sore or that she has no interest in playing. In some cases, dogs with arthritis also begin to show signs of weight gain.

If you are concerned that your dog may be suffering from arthritis, then it is quite important that you take your pet in to see the vet for an accurate screening and diagnosis. With an appropriate diagnosis, the treatment for dog arthritis is quite similar to arthritis treatment for humans.

For dogs suffering with arthritis, regular exercise is important to help maintain a proper body weight. NSAIDS or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs are the most common form of pharmaceutical arthritis treatments for your dog. Over-the counter dog arthritis treatments such as glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, omega fatty acids and Boswellin may also be prescribed by your veterinarian.

Glucosamine absorbs and releases water with each step, acting as a shock absorber for the joints. It also stimulates the production of glycosaminoglycans, important proteins found in cartilage, which helps to slow the deterioration of joints and ease your dog’s arthritis pain.

Chondroitin attracts fluids into proteoglycan molecules which draws nutrients into the cartilage and increases the flow of fluid into the cartilage which adds resiliency. Chondroitin also helps protect existing cartilage from premature degeneration and provides structure and flexibility to the joints. Giving more life to your doggy’s joints.

Other options for medications for arthritis include Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids which are constituents of fish oils. These fatty acids act as anti-inflammatory agents helping to further reduce the pain from inflammation.

Boswellin may also be recommended by your vet for its ability to improve the blood supply to the joints and maintain the integrity of blood vessels. It is also known for helping to improve mobility in stiff joints by reducing swelling. Less swelling, less pain for your best friend.

While there are varying arthritis treatments for dogs you will need to talk with your vet to determine the best course of action for you’re your pet. Some therapies may take a few weeks to completely work, so don’t get discouraged. Seek the best treatment for your pet, after all isn’t that what they deserve!

Arthritis treatment for your dog is too important to ignore and if your dog is suffering, then she deserves your full attention and the most comprehensive treatment plan that your vet can design.

No dog should suffer needlessly, so if arthritis is slowing your pet down make the call to your vet today to screen your dog for arthritis.

Diabetic Diet Food – 5 Tips

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes you may wonder what diabetic diet food is, in other words what you can and can’t eat.

Of course everyone’s metabolism is different, so there are no hard and fast rules. Much of deciding which diabetic diet food is right for you is a matter of trial and error. You need to test your blood sugar after eating certain foods and if it’s high, leave those foods out of your diet or cut down on them.

Follow these 5 tips to lay the foundations of your diet.

1. Be careful of snacking. Many snack foods are high in carbohydrates so are not suitable diabetic diet food. Try to avoid crisps, salted nuts, biscuits, cakes and sweets. Great snacks are strips of raw vegetables such as celery, carrots, green or red pepper and cucumber. Unsalted nuts and fresh or dried fruits are also fine. If you must eat chocolate, have a couple of squares of dark chocolate high in coco solids or if you can buy it, unsweetened dark chocolate.

2. Eat whole grain or wholemeal bread and pasta as well as brown or basmati rice. Wholemeal carbohydrates are so much better for you than the over-processed white varieties. There are lots of different breads available containing seeds and whole grains and they have really great flavour! Potatoes are also good carbohydrates as long as they’re not smothered in oil for roasting or butter if they’re boiled. Try dry roasting potato wedges with a sprig of rosemary or a spoonful of cumin seeds. They’ll taste so good that you won’t miss the fat and if the oven is hot enough, they’ll still be crispy.

3. Watch your alcohol intake. Beer is full of sugar so unless you can get the pilsner variety with all the sugar brewed out, avoid it if possible. Cocktails are also bad news, unless you know exactly what’s gone into them but many contain sugar syrup so also best avoided. Spirits with a calorie free mixer such as tonic or cola are ok occasionally and a glass of red wine comes highly recommended as it contains anti-oxidants which are good for your heart.

4. Make sure that you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Veggies don’t have to be boring and they are the best diabetic diet food. Try mixing chopped courgette, aubergine, red pepper and red onion with a couple of bashed garlic cloves and a sprinkling of olive oil and seasoning. Roast in a medium oven for 20 minutes. Steaming green vegetables keeps more of the goodness in than boiling. You can cook fruit or leave it raw as dessert but use artificial sweeteners rather than sugar, if you’re cooking it.

5. Drink lots of water. This is good for you whether you’re diabetic or not. It’s quite easy to drink a glass of water every hour so if you sit at a computer, have a reminder pop up or leave glasses of water ready to drink scattered around the house. Drinking water keeps you hydrated and keeps the kidneys functioning as they should.

Follow these tips on the right diabetic diet food and you’ll control your weight and your diabetes.
