hey how about good old baking soda and water also known as sodium bi carb I believe about 3 tsp a day or one cup water with 1 tsp baking soda three times daily. This will reduce the acid in your system as well.

I find it hard to get a straight answer about uric acid, gout and purines. everyone says something different. to much damn talking and not enuff just giving the info.
