If this has been happening for a long time, say, weeks and weeks, then I would say go to a doctor.

But if it just started, and you are walking ok on it, I think you will probably be Ok. Try wearing comfortable shoes to work or school, like sneakers. Foot problems are almost always from shoes. If you wear heels, etc. your foot needs a rest from them. If your shoes are too flat, say flip flop sandals, they are too flat and aren’t giving you enough cushion for your feet.

You may have damaged a nerve, but rest it and it will grow back I think. I doubt if it’s circulation. You could have pulled a tendon. Only you know what your feet have been through lately. Be good to them they are the only ones you will get and they have a lot of miles and years to carry you! Good luck!

sounds like a mystery for the foot doctor.
podiatrist ’s can do wonders.
so can a good foot massage.
most likely some sort of spasm ..
but fro health precautions,ask a professional, not us idiots.

It sounds like some sort of nerve damage like a nerve is being pinched. If only one toes is affected, then it probably isn't circulation. The toe would change colors.

I had my first gout …
I had my first gout attack not long after I had a 280 pound laminated beam fall on my foot. So, no, gout isn’t always easy to spot. Sometimes doctors get sidetracked.

Some of this video set off my B.S. detector. First off there is no such thing as pain treatment for gout. If you have gout, opioids will not help. NSAIDs will not help. Neither cherries or strawberries will help.

Gout pain is cured by one and only treatment. That treatment is intestinal fortitude.

intestinal fortitude?. please explain. Real bad news for me if there is no real cure for gout, iv had gout for 10 years and lately it has been recuring for weeks and no sign of getting better.
