Dear Venkat atleast when it comes to medication you dont look at it as a regional food . The BEST cure is CELERY & its seeds. This it seems is grown mainly in Punjab &UP. You can try putting Sambar powder in Celery soup & make it southindian.....?Also let me assure you that Gout is 100% curable if proper diet control maintained!

well the best s indian dish to go out is that u have idly and sambar as they r not spicy they wont affect ur health n spoil ur vocation or whatever

Gout is due to excess of uric acid, in blood.
Green gram may be good. But please consult a doctor!
