How can I cure my gout pain and prevent future attacks?
There are some things you can do. Obesity is one of the primary health problems known to cause gout. As you probably know, obesity also contributes to other problems, including diabetes and hypertension. If you’re overweight, do something about it fast.
Certain foods can contribute to gout. Eliminate foods that are high in purines. Purines play a primary role in uric acid production, and high uric acid levels lead to gout. Make sure you avoid organ meats and certain seafood, including scallops, mussels, mackerel. Limit high fat dairy foods like cheese and butter.
Do you drink a lot? Stop! Alcohol’s high in purines and calories, which both drastically increase your gout risk.
Gout is awful. I dealt with it for years. Once I got my diet in order, lost a lot of weight, stopped drinking and switched to a far more natural lifestyle (I eat a largely organic diet and use natural medicines like gout remedy for my gout instead of Allopurinol), my life improved significantly. If you don’t have gout yet, please take really good care of yourself. There’s a good chance you’ll avoid it. Trust me, you don’t want it. It’s that bad.
Gout’s awful. Dealt with it for years. There’s a great website I always consult for gout matters:

You can’t "cure" gouty arthritis, you can only manage it but you can manage it well. Speak to your doctor or rheumatologist about anti-gout medications like Allopurinol and cut back on or eliminate purines from your diet.
