there is no doubt … I ve got the gout…and believe me I was speaking in hymms…painful like you cannot believe. I am on 300mg of allupurinol…cherries never worked for me. baking soda sounds interesting but I retain water now . it has to much sodium

I had gout a few times, but crazy me, I went to a medical professional and he put me on allopurinol once the symptoms had subsided and I haven’t had gout since. Probably about ten years since I’ve had any symptoms.

Make sure baking soda is fully dissolved and be sure to cut your sodium intake while using.

This better go away, I am 24 and athlete I just got this a couple days ago I can barely walk, my big toe feels like it is going to explode, I read somewhere that cherries work to combat uric acid, so I ate about 200 cherries today, I pray it works.
