I’ve had a severe case of gout for the past 9 years . It is in both feet , both knees , my right wrist and my left elbow. This sucks major . I started drinking a shot glass size of pure unsweetend black cherry juice at night and when I get up in the morning and I havn’t had an episode for the past 3 years it has been a life saver . I didn’t even change my diet. you can also eat celery to prevent attacks , trust me it works! I only drink the juice once every few days now .
