The elimination of uric acid from the body may be increased using a combined approach consisting of
1. warming the affected joints to increase the solubility of monosodium urate crystals,
2. increasing hydration to promote more frequent urination which eliminates uric acid,

Try and get more fluids in you and watch what you eat………I probably shouldn’t say this……..but see your doctor and have some good heart tests(blood test) run also. I know at least 3 people with gout problems that led to heart problems….don’t be afraid…….just get some good blood tests……total blood work up………and find out what you body is doing. All the best.
