Black Cherry Juice is the best!! It helps to control the Uric Acid level that causes Gout. You can buy tablet now as well at health food stores.
You should also watch your diet. Rich meats, such as liver, braunswager, pate’, etc. are the worst. Limit your red meat intake as well. You should also avoid alcohol.
If it gets to out of control and you do need prescription medication, Lyrica worked great for me.

i wouldnt wish my worst enemy to have gout as i have it as it runs in my family. ive never had a broke bone but a broke bone surely couldnt worst!!!!! my doctor has me on colchine 1 time a day. i havent had abad episode since she put me on it.

You might try Quinine water, aka Tonic water….found at your local grocery store in the Soda & Drink mixes section. Tis an age old remedy.
