The 3 most powerful and effective natural ingriedients I use for health and healing have been Aloe Vera – I slice open an aloe leaf length wise and scrape slimy clear meat into a blender, add OJ or juice and blend. Alcohol is generally used in extracting the natural chemicals found in herbs. it is very safe use. The only warning I can think of is that If you have an herb that is some what toxic in high levels , then you’ll need to be careful. One example is bloodroot. It is used to kill cancer and just about every other virus out there, but it is toxic in fairly small doses the same thing is true with arnica. ps. be careful as many herbs tent to thin the blood
