Stop Buying Pills And Potions That Temporarily Ease Your Painful Gout!

I Found The Most Effective Way To Eliminate Painful Gout!

(YES! There is a CURE for Gout!)

This ISN’T Being Promoted By The Big Drug Companies Or Your Doctor
(That’s why it took me so long to find it!)

This Will Take That Tortured Look Off Your Face And Replace It With A Smile!

If you suffer from gout you KNOW what real pain is! And you know how that type of pain can consume your life.

While doing some research into the drug industry (and herbal supplement business) I was shocked by a simple fact. Their business model and their profits are based on keeping you using their products. If they came out with a product that CURED the problem, they would only get paid once. If they develop a product that treats the symptom, but is needed over and over again, they get rich. So, STOP buying products that just relieve the pain!

The most shocking part of my research what that there are some very under-publicized fast, natural ways to CURE your gout. Usually within just a few hours!

Why buy expensive pills and medications to relieve the pain caused by gout when you can ELIMINATE gout altogether! .

The site I stumbled upon isn’t very pretty or professional, but the program is! Here’s the link to the best (and cheapest) way to deal with gout pain (click here)

Thanks for reading, I wish you great health and permanent relief from your gout

Rob

PS. The ONLY reason I decided to try their program was because they had a complete 100% money back guarantee. (And if it hadn’t worked, I would have hounded them for a refund)
Lucky for me, I took that chance. (click here)

A Herbal Remedy for Gout – 7 Herbal Tips for Gout

In A Herbal Remedy For Gout you’llfind 7 herbal tips for gout that have proven themselves with gout sufferersaround the world. And aherbal remedy for goutdoesn’t have the horrible side effects of drug-based treatments.First, though, in order to understand why a herbal remedy can be effective we need to understand what causes gout…

Your gout is caused by the formation of uric acid crystals in your joints and tendons. Uric acid is formed in your bloodstream out of the breakdown of chemical compounds called ‘purines’ which occur naturally in your body and in a lot of your food. So the aim is to reduce excess uric acid in your bloodstream.

Here are seven herbs that can form an effective herbal remedy for gout..

Alfalfa helps to neutralize and reduce the levels ofuric acid in your bloodstream. It comes in seed, tablet, capsule or liquid extract form.

Burdoch also neutralizes uric acid.

Bachu can dissolve uric acid crystals. Take it as a tea.

Devil’s Claw reduces uric acid levels. Take 400 mg of dried extract 3 times a day until symptoms have gone.

Hawthorn has anti-inflammatory properties and also treat the symptoms of gout.

Juniper is an uric acid neutralizer.

Nettle can also neutralize uric acid.

It’s beyond the scope of any article to give a complete breakdown of all herbal and other natural remedies. There are just so many treatments and other issues that affect your gout and it’s cure. For instance, did you realize that things like your weight, general health, lifestyle, as well as your diet, etc., play a significant part in your gout, and, a cure?

And did you know that constant recurring gout attacks can lead to permanently damaged joints, and even kidney problems? That’s why it’s important to always apply appropriate treatment for your gout as soon as you have an attack. But the key of course is to ensure as far as possible that it won’t return. As with all health issues, prevention is better than cure.

To save your time, you can discover exactly how to treat gout from home, using simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen, by downloading a very popular online report called The Gout Remedy Report. Often referred to as the “gout sufferer’s bible”, this fully researched and proven e-report will lead you by the hand to a fast, totally natural cure. Plus, it has a special 2 hour gout pain relief program so that you can get rid of that agonizing pain instantly.

To discover how this report can bring you relief from gout pain in 2 hours and how it can prevent your gout returning, please visit http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and get started in minutes.
Natural Gout Treatment – How Should You Use Food to Raise Your Body Ph Levels?

What does pH stand for? Is it personal hygiene? Or proper health? Or possibly hydrated? Well no. It actually stands for the power of hydrogen. But without going deeper into biochemistry, gout sufferers just need to know that raising body pH levels makes the body more alkaline, and lowering them, more acidic.

Raising your body’s pH levels is part of natural gout treatment. The theory is, supported by studies, that higher body pH levels (more alkaline) contribute to a reduction in uric acid levels because uric acid (diluted from drinking lots of water) becomes more soluble if the body is more alkaline. The higher the acid/alkaline ratio i.e. the higher the pH number on the pH scale, the more alkaline your body, and the more uric acid you should dissolve.

If you reduce your uric acid levels to below 6.0 mg/dL (men), slightly less in women, it is more likely that the troublesome MSU crystals will dissolve and a gout cure will be achieved.

ACHIEVING A MORE ALKALINE BODY

There are various ways to achieve a more alkaline body but probably the easiest is to drink alkaline (ionized) water which is water with excess oxygen in the form of OH-, not O2. It’s described as being lively and much tastier than regular water, and you can cook with it. The manufacturers of a well known ionizer brand say food cooked with alkaline water is tastier.

Another route is via eating more alkaline foods and drinking alkaline beverages. There is a silence on food and beverage product nutrition labels. They do not show the pH values of the product, but foods and beverages have a pH value.

THE pH SCALE

The pH scale ranges from 14 (most alkaline) down to 0 (most acidic). pH of 7 is neutral. It is a logarithmic scale. On this scale, as on pH test strips scales, a single whole number change (whether up or down) means a change of 10 times the previous number. So small number changes on this scale in fact mean very significant differences between the alkalinity and acidity of different foods.
As well as pH 0 food labels, neither the excellent USDA National Nutrient database, nor most cookery books and articles list pH values of foods and beverages. And it’s not the word off the lips of celebrity chefs. But you can find the pH of foods and drinks on the Internet. One good list is at http://home.bluegrass.net/~jclark/alkaline_foods.htm which can be downloaded.

USING pH VALUES IN DIET PLANNING

Most natural gout treatment involves a diet. Firstly, to reach your ideal weight if required, as it probably will be for most gout sufferers. Secondly, to assist the uric acid reduction process. The low purine gout diet, and any diet which has a positive effect on insulin resistance, are two useful diets in natural gout treatment. Dieting is hard work but most gout sufferers will not achieve a natural gout cure without diet.

“Miracle” foods for gout, such as cherries, celery and perhaps strawberries, (all have been reported to cure gout in some cases), will not work for everyone, probably only for a small minority. Neither will simple natural gout remedies such as avoiding alcohol, although this did work in one famous case in Japan.

So a gout sufferer aiming for a natural gout cure is on a diet. He/she has to carefully consider everything eaten or drunk and maybe consider the pH of foods too. This is a very tall order. In effect they would be on two diets simultaneously.

So how do you use the pH potential of foods numbers? Firstly learn the extent to which a food or drink is acidic or is alkaline. Any number above pH 7.0 is considered alkaline, and below pH 7.0 acidic. Study for a while the pH tables you have downloaded and get a rough idea of the values of your most eaten foods. For an easy, more exact reference, put up a pH foods chart, or printed downloaded lists, on your kitchen wall as a reminder.

Keep this natural gout treatment simple. Instead of two simultaneous diets, exclude some acidic foods especially if they are ones you consume a lot. But continue with your primary gout diet plan. Only exclude more acidic foods, if your body pH levels are not rising above pH 7.0 after testing with pH test strips for a considerable time and at different times of day. (The body’s pH numbers change frequently. perhaps even minute by minute).

Record the time and value of all your pH measurements and ensure you follow the test strip manufacturer’s usage instructions exactly. Don’t overdo it. Just as a highly acidic body can suffer from acidosis, an over alkaline body can suffer from alkalosis, which causes muscle cramps and spasms among other problems.

Remember too, that there are other ways of raising pH, notably drinking alkaline (ionized) water. Drinking lots of regular water daily also raises pH. So too do alkalizing minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and zinc. Make your pH rise and your uric acid levels should fall. Ensure that your body is not acidic.

A Natural Remedy For Gout – Why You Should Make Strawberries Part Of Your Gout Diet

Could there be a nicer way of beating gout than by eating a couple of bowls of strawberries a day? They are, after all, one of the world’s most popular and delicious fruit. So is this idea, which is quite well known in the world of gout treatment, a myth or magic? What does the evidence amount to?

  A GOUT POSITIVE NUTRITIONAL PROFILE

It is true that the nutritional profile of strawberries is positive for natural gout treatment. Probably the most important fact is their high Vitamin C content, around 59 mg per 100 grams of fruit. This puts them towards the top of the high-in-Vitamin C fruits’ tables. Way above cherries. They are moderately alkaline, alkaline neutral or just mildly acidic so their effect on the body’s pH amounts is not likely to be much, and may be mildly positive. They contain about 91% water, are low purine and moderate on the Glycemic Index. All these facts make them a good gout food.

And because their flavonoids amounts are high, their flavonoids-to-Vitamin C ratio is pretty good which means that their Vitamin C is likely to be better absorbed and thus have a stronger therapeutic effect.

Some studies have shown that Vitamin C does reduce uric acid levels, which makes Vitamin C for gout a good idea. In these studies the lowest amount required to do this was 500 mg daily. It’s not hard to get 500 mg of Vitamin C naturally from foods and drinks.

Strawberries’ flavonoids are anthocyanidins, flavan-3-ols and flavonols. Quercetin, which has been thought to reduce uric acid levels, is a flavonol. There is some Quercetin in strawberries.

Better known and researched are the anthocyanidins which have also been thought to reduce uric acid levels. Researchers have considered that it is the anthocyanidins in cherries for example, that may account for their uric acid lowering success in some small studies. The anthocyanidin profile of strawberries is not exactly the same as that of cherries, but sweet cherries and strawberries share a couple of them.

There is one more health positive fact about strawberries. Their proanthocyanidin (abbreviated as PCO’s or OPC’s) levels are high, much higher than in cherries.

  STRAWBERRY TESTIMONIALS

If you’re looking for a natural gout remedy, and which gout sufferer isn’t, all this is very interesting, but are there any real world testimonials?

The most quoted historical character who advocated strawberries for gout was the Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus (1707-1778). He said that his strawberries-only diet had cured or alleviated his gout. Accounts vary as to what he precisely said, but there is no doubt that he thought strawberries were helpful, and in his time he was a famous and respected botanist. So he knew a lot about strawberries. But don’t eat a strawberries-only diet. This is a crash diet and crash diets are now thought to probably increase gout attacks. You can easily get strawberries into a low purine gout diet. Or into a carbohydrate restricted diet, such as the Zone diet, because they are moderate on the Glycemic Index.

Modern real world testimonials to the value of strawberries in gout treatment can be read on the Internet. And for pain alleviation too. Of course you can also read that strawberries had no effect.

It’s a pity that more isn’t known about strawberries for gout. But all these hints and signs, and in the case of Vitamin C for gout, studies too, do suggest that a daily bowl of strawberries is a good idea for a gout diet, especially when combined with other natural remedies for gout.

NB. The contents of this article contain medical information not medical advice. Please always discuss gout remedies with your doctor or other health care professional, before implementing any treatment.

Natural Gout Remedies. Why You Should Make Strawberries Part of Your Gout Diet

Could there be a nicer way of beating gout than by eating a couple of bowls of strawberries a day? They are, after all, one of the world’s most lovedand delicious fruits.

Natural Gout Treatment – Which Vitamins are Good for Gout?

Only a few vitamins have been really researched as contributors to a natural gout remedy. One is vitamin C which a few studies have found lowers uric acid levels somewhat. I have written about vitamin C for gout in earlier articles. Make sure you buy a Vitamin C preparation that contains added flavonoids, the more the better, to make it work more effectively. And buy a time (sustained) release Vitamin C product, because Vitamin C is excreted quickly.

Other vitamins which have been reported from various sources to help in natural gout treatment are quercetin, folic acid, potassium citrate calcium, and fish oils.

Quercetin may inhibit xanthine oxidase, the enzyme required to convert purines into uric acid. This is the method used by the leading long term gout pharmaceutical, allopurinol. Quercetin has done this in test tube studies.

Folic acid has been found in at least one study to be helpful because it inhibited xanthine oxidase, but in others to have no effect. It was part of the late Dr. Atkins’s (the Atkins diet) formula for curing gout naturally but in large amounts. It should certainly only be taken under supervision by a qualified and experienced practitioner.

Potassium citrate is reported to be helpful in natural gout treatment, and has been the subject of gout studies. It aids excretion of uric acid, by raising the pH of urine. (Higher body pH levels make uric acid more soluble and thus better excreted). Potassium citrate can also head off the danger of kidney stones, of the uric acid variety, forming. One estimate is that there is a 20% chance that kidney stones will form in gout patients who also have acidic urine.
Calcium may be helpful because it helps to alkalize the body, (i.e. it raises its pH levels making the body more alkaline) and thus, the theory is, more uric acid will be excreted. In pH theory, because the blood’s pH must be maintained at pH 7.365, the body will scavenge calcium from bones to maintain blood pH at 7.365. Most people, it’s said, and probably most gout sufferers too, have acidic bodies (which ought to be alkaline) and therefore a deficiency of calcium.

Vitamins work in other ways to help in natural gout treatment. Those that work as antioxidants perform the helpful function of squelching free radicals. Why is this helpful? Because during gout attacks, free radical levels rise. Some leading antioxidant vitamins are vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene and selenium.

Given that gout attacks are inflammatory, as shown by the painful inflammation of the affected joints, any substance which acts as an anti-inflammatory may make the attack less painful and inflamed. Fish oils have well researched anti-inflammatory properties.

Fish oils are also good for gout because they promote a healthier body. Their omega -3 fatty acids

(EPA and DHA) are a dietary deficiency for many people, especially those who don’t eat fish. Omega -3 fatty acids are required to bring about a better balance of omega -3 and omega -6 oils in the body. Most people, it is thought, do get sufficient omega -6 fatty acids, especially if they fry with oils such as corn, soy, sunflower, safflower or sesame. Or, if they use these oils as salad oils. But people don’t get enough of the omega -3′s. This better balance promotes better health. Gout sufferers need to be as healthy as possible. Note: gout sufferers should not eat fish high in purines such as mackerel, anchovies, and sardines.

Ensure the fish oil supplement you buy has been manufactured with a molecular distillation process. It takes out mercury, PCBs and dioxins.

Since cherries have been researched as blocking inflammation, they should be considered. Cherries have also been found in studies to lower uric acid levels. When they are not in season their dietary supplement extracts, juice and in dried form can be taken. Cherries enjoy testimonials from gout sufferers both for curing gout naturally and halting the pain of attacks, but they won’t do this for everyone.

Celery, in two studies, also reduced pain and inflammation, so you can consider celery seed extract as part of natural gout treatment.

Simply because you’ve gout does not indicate that you need to neglect your taste buds. A diet for individuals with gout does need to undergo some changes, and in many instances the modifications are often drastic and overwhelming.

Nevertheless, there are several recipes that will tickle your taste buds. When you are first diagnosed with gout, more than likely the internet is going to turn out to be your new best buddy. You will be searching for home remedies, discomfort relief and every thing in between. The thing you need to be looking for are foods which you can eat. The diet plan for people with gout is going to be very different from what you are accustomed to. For example, you will be limited on the foods you can consume.

Essentially your meal planning techniques are going to alter to meet the needs of warding off any future attacks of gout.

Listed here are a couple of recipes to get you headed in the correct direction with your gout:For a delicious meal which you would never know was great for you personally, try noodles inside a parmesan cheese sauce. This is literally one of those foods which you will fall in love with. You will need:1 lb. pasta (thin noodles)four tbsp. chopped coriander1c parmesan cheese (grated)6 tbsp. olive oil2 cloves of garlic (crushed or finely chopped) tsp pepper tsp saltBoil the noodles based on the directions on the package. After draining the pasta put it into a serving bowl. Mix all of the remaining ingredients and completely combine. Serve this meal while still hot and enjoy. This recipe is for 4 servings.Garlic and Potato (appetizer)4 radishes (medium) two c mashed potatoes8 black olives (sliced thin and pitted)8 cloves garlic (crushed) c plain yogurt (reduced body fat)six tbsp olive oil tsp black pepper1 tsp. saltCombine garlic, potatoes, salt, yogurt, olive oil, pepper, and salt. Place mixture on a platter and decorate with radishes and olives. Serve chilled.Cheddar Cheese Pie1 to 2 pounds fresh made or frozen dough, thawed l/8 tsp. cayenne 4 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. pepper 4 Tbsp. olive oil 2 big onions, finely chopped 1 tsp. salt two Tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriander leaves Make the dough for the pies. Set it aside. To create the filling you’ll need to mix all of the ingredients which are left and leave this to the side.

Next, you’ll need to create 20 balls of dough which are equal in size. Place the dough balls on a flour dusted cookie sheet. Cover the dough balls having a damp cloth and permit to sit inside a warm place for about half an hour. Roll the balls into 6 inch circles. The filling needs to be divided into 20 equal parts. Place the filling (each 1/20) into the dough ball. Fold the ball over the top of the filling to form a pizza slice shape. Make sure to pinch the edges of the crust closed. The filling needs to be placed in the pies ASAP, otherwise the filling can start to alter consistency into a more watery filling. Place the pies onto a grease cookie sheet and position into a preheated oven at 400F for 20 minutes. When the pies turn a light golden brown color they are done. You need to lightly brush the tops of the pies with olive oil.A diet for individuals with gout may prove to be a little difficult at times, but if you are in a position to be inventive you can find and make recipes which are fitting to you as well as your tastebuds.

A great diet for gout helps to prevent agonizing signs and symptoms brought on by the uric acid crystals formed in joints. Gout diet is important to stop serious damages from occurring in future. It is extremely advisable to follow dietary guidelines which stress on having a diet high in carbohydrates, reduced in protein and fat.Uric acid crystals are normally produced due to the breakdown of chemical compounds inside your system called purines. But, purine does exist in foods we take at varying levels or concentration. Some foods have high levels of purine, while the other people have a comparably moderate level. On the other hand, you will find couple of others which include relatively lower levels of purine.

Experts frequently recommend a list of gout diet foods which are low in sodium and purine. You need to determine those foods which have high purine levels and avoid them. You can supplement high-purine foods with foods which include relatively reduced levels of purine. Remember that purines stimulate production of the uric acid. If not removed from your body, it’ll start to crystallize as deposits on joints. These deposits may cause swelling, burning sensation, redness along with other possible symptoms frequently linked with that of gout. Gout diet foods aren’t as scarce as some of you may believe. Most people look at the list of the foods which they should not eat and start to wonder if there is anything left for them to intake.
