Is it true that having oatmeal & wheat bread regularly for breakfast is bad for people with high uric acid ?
Im 54 , have high cholesterol & try to lessen my carb intake . I used to have rice for breakfast .Does my intake of oatmeal or wheatbread regularly aggravate my high uric acidity? If so , what can I have for breakfast instead?
No. That’s what I have every morning and there is nothing in either that would contribute to uric acid production. I think red meat and wine is suppose to aggravate your problem, but that is controversial.
