Placebo Effect (Example); A man went to the doctors, and they had no idea what was wrong with him. He was told that a medical professor would be visiting the following day, who was the expert in this field. The professor viewed him, and gave his verdict “Moribundus” (Dying)! To the surprise of the medical community, the patient recovered, and was told how unexpected and surprising his recovery had been. To which he replied “Well, the professor cured me! “Moribundus” was what he determined.

When my father was …
When my father was a young child, he was playing beside his mother, while she was doing needle-work. Playfully, she ed his big toe with her needle, and my father cried-out, but not because of his toe… It was one of his molars that suddenly hurt. So evn if thre is no “direct” synaptic connection between the nerves that run to the feet and the rest of the body (e.g. teeth), some form of connection does exist. It cannot be just placebo, as noone told him that this would give him tooth-ache.
